I know I have said that I love being angry and alone truth is I don't like it it's not healthy at all I don't why I am I just am angry all the time I really do hate it I think I need help but I don't think anyone can help me or is willing to help me understand why I'm angry all the time

While you likely have actual reasons to be angry, if you feel angry all the time, that could indicate some type of medical condition, like a thyroid or other hormone problem, or a vitamin deficiency. These issues could make you more emotionally liable than usual and lower your ability to deal with difficult or upsetting situations.

The truth is anger is addicting, like alcohol. It's an easy way to "solve" problems, "deal" with other emotions. It's easier to just get angry than to admit you are feeling sadness, anxiety, powerlessness etc. Anger gives you an illusion of control.

I have this book at home: http://www.ksiegarniaeuropejska.pl/modu ... store_id=2 and I find it very helpful but I can't find it in English, although there must be one because it was translated from English in the first place. Polish title is "Życie ze złością" (Life with anger), by RON POTTER-EFRON.

When I get angry, I turn it into humor. I think that "nobody messes with the Wolfman."

All negative-emotions are due to the volume of dissonance-energies that exist within all of our psyches; The greater the volume of this dissonance-energy, the more easily your «mind» becomes «disturbed» by any various number of «triggers» that can «set you off» and make you feel angered, but the difficulty in becoming free of said «dissonance-infection» requires being willing to face such situations, and refraining from reacting negatively.

Do you know that the more you are angry the more you will hurt yourself? You can actually get sick from being angry and bitter.

You have to try to stop caring about what you're angry at. Even though it seems impossible, you just have to push yourself. When you stop caring about certain situations, you get an amazing feeling, you feel like you're in control.
