In the same article it states that most crashes involving those with ADHD happen at night when you obviously cannot take ADHD medication if you ever hope to sleep at night. It also states that patients many patients dont want to take their ADHD medication, no duh? The side effects are horrible. No appetite, feeling wired, rollercoasting mood, insomnia (which itself will lead to more car crashes).
