For any belief you have, and any flaw you may have, or anything you do in the matter. Don't look at yourself as a jerk.

I know there can be many factors that would like to make you think that you yourself may be a jerk, or that other people with different believes may think that you are a jerk, but in the end, don't think that you are a jerk.

You aren't a jerk.

situational vs dispositional

if someone sees a stranger doing something, someone assumes it's b/c of the stranger's disposition. (ie. the stranger is a "bad person".)

if someone does something, someone assumes it's situational.

psychology

quite frankly, sometimes I am a jerk. besides, what's the definition of "jerk" anyways?

furthermore, after interacting with someone for long enough, pretty much everyone is a jerk.
