Yes, that stuff will happen OR NOT HAPPEN, whether you read the news and/or worry about it or not. Therefore there's no point in getting all worked up about it.

Go out and enjoy your life as you can, while you can.

It's spring time! Take a hike. Ride your bike. Go down to your local bar and have a beer or two. That's what I'm going to do, right after I make myself a snack!

The bottom line is, it does not make sense to worry about things you cannot control!

All this past week, I'm feeling more and more suffocated. My parents tell me to stop worrying no matter what. They don't know what the media says about North Korea. I know they are launching an ICBM which cannot be stopped.

Things will still go down.
There's not a damn thing you can change by panicking about it.

Here's how it goes:

Don't stress over things you can't change because you can't change them.
Don't stress over things you can change because you can change them.

So there's no reason to stress.
