My family and therapist know, but the tell me he's a liar, or that he's not really there. The master doesn't like that. Neither do I. He is really there, and he always tells the truth. He will never betray me, ever.

Have they talked about the cause of what is happening to you?
Them denying that He is real, isn't gonna help anyone.
For you He is VERY real, they need to work from that point.
Do you take any meds?

I have autism, depression and some anxiety. But I think I have borderline personality disorder, with autism. I do take zoloft and abilify.

None of those dx have, as a component, the hearing of a voice.
Therefore, it sounds like more assessment will be needed.

You've already expressed that you feel afraid and controlled and that the voice threatens you. You've also expressed that you are concerned and confused about what is happening to you and why.
This is understandable, I would be scared too.
