Fear of posting personal phographs

For a years i did not post my photographs. I feel insecure when i'm doing it.
Does anybody has the same fear of posting personal photo?
Does it relate to Arspeinger too?

Absolutely. I feel akward as hell posting pictures of myself.

There is a simple solution. Don't post personal pix. I never have, & nothing bad has happened because of my not posting personal pix. On the other hand, if you post personal pix, you could have people hassle you. So, don't post those personal pix--problem solved, and no charge--this time.

Not really, I had my picture up here...changed it now, as I just started a new job and have posted some rather personal things here that I don't know I would want to come up with an obvious picture of me. I don't really think there would be a huge issue if someone from work discovered me on this site but IDK just not comfortable with that idea at this point.

I have pictures of me on my facebook, but I don't really share personal things there mostly just songs I like or music videos, memes I find entertaining enough to share and just random stuff. Not like what I am doing at a given time or my innermost feelings about things.

I don't post pictures here because of privacy issues and I think most pictures of me are terrible.

I can relate. Pictures of me are uniformly hideous, and I'm paranoid about privacy anyway. I don't even have social media, and refuse to be in group shots with anyone for any reason. It makes me angry when relatives keep trying to take pictures of me when I have expressly told them not to.
