what does "better" mean to you? better than what?

is it just a process of identifying and trying to better your ability to deal with situations that are currently or historically difficult? could it be that you will be better able to "be better" if you define what that is for you?

i do not take anxiety medicine, although my anxiety is pretty high on average. it could be a tool to use to allow you mental space to start dealing with things, although some people may find that they are needed to function at all. best to speak to your mental healthcare people to find out if they could help you.

I agree with htfu, could you define what is meant by better?

Is social anxiety a big issue for you?
