When people here get physical anxiety, do you feel like a really bad pain inside you like in your stomach, like a knife or your stomach muscles is too tight & you can't breathe good?

Not the stomach thing so much, but I often have trouble breathing. Like the muscles in my ribs tense up so much I can't get any air in. It's actually really confusing: I also have asthma. Quite often I can't tell the difference between an asthma attack and a panic attack until it's well underway. (Sometimes it's both, just for added fun...)
