I am on a diet doing weight Watchers, and I have lost over 50 pounds right now, but I am having trouble keeping my hunger cravings under control. Can anyone give me suggestions of what I can take (like medicine) or do to surpress my cravings when I want a snack?

My doc has mentioned the med Topamax/Topiramate. I looked it up & it's a seizure med but it can help increase feelings of fullness.

That really sounds like something you should ask your doctor.
