Are there any people on WP who use coreboot (https://www.coreboot.org) on their hardware? It is an open-source firmware project that focuses on speed and security. I am in the process of porting my motherboard to coreboot by reading datasheets and seeing what drivers have already been ported. Concurrently, I am attempting to utilize TIanocore (an open-source implementation of the UEFI standard) as a coreboot payload.

Coreboot is available for a variety of architectures including ARM, ARM64, MIPS, POWER8, RISCV, and x86. If your board does not yet have coreboot support, you can check to see if your chipset is supported. If it is, you will be able to port your motherboard to coreboot by following the instructions here: https://www.coreboot.org/Developer_Manual https://www.coreboot.org/Motherboard_Porting_Guide. Hope this helps! :D
