Zit or bug bite inside nostril

I think it's best to leave it alone & let it heal on it's own. It's unlikely a bug crawled in your nose & pimples go away if they're left alone as well as bites(incase it is one). If you pick your nose sometimes, it's possible you irritated it in that spot & the best thing to do would be leave it alone.
