The flash from a camera gets to me, when my picture is taken with a camera that flashes.

I would say the flash it's self is a minor annoyance and can throw me off for a bit... But the actual act of taking my picture makes me uncomfortable.

I always worry that I blinked, but other than that they're only slightly annoying.

When I was a kid instead of "cheese", my mom would tell my brother and me to say "whiskey" when taking our picture.
Not very kid-friendly perhaps, but it worked just as well. :)

It's hard for me not to blink when a camera flashes.

I avoid situations where there are flashes as much as possible.
