Because I can only fit 20, I'll only be counting the more well known ones and leave out the really bad ones. Though I will count others an an option in case I don't put on your favourite. Also I'm sticking to theatrical movies and I'm only counting superhero movies. I'm aware that Road to Perdition and A History of Violence are DC I think but I'm sticking to superhero flicks.

The Dark Knight
Batman Begins
Superman
Batman
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm
Wonder Woman
The Lego Batman Movie
The Dark Knight Rises
Superman II
These ones I consider the best ones. I enjoy some of the others, some I haven't seen and some I despise.

I agree with your list. I haven't seen Wonder Woman yet, though.

Watchmen, The Dark Knight, and Man of Steel are my top three.

I just got back from seeing Wonder Woman, and honestly it is kinda meh... not bad, but not great. It is at least a faithful characterization and a coherent, (but uninspired) story.

I went with Suicide Squad, though it was a toss up with Watchmen.

Bold choice, sir. I quite enjoyed Suicide Squad myself. Especially Will Smith and Margot Robbie were great init.

For me it's difficult to pick a best one. It would be a bit of a cliché to go with The Dark Knight, but that one was pure excellence.
