I'm familiar with it, yes. Played it to death, way back when. I had the Urban Renewal Kit and everything.

Ah, I miss those days. There was something special about that game, really. That series is dead, at this point.

I remember being hooked on that game and playing it for hours on end on the old PC!

I played it so obsessively that when a friend called to chat and asked generally how I'm doing, my first response wasn't about myself but about how my Sim City progress was going! "Well I just made my first million simoleons!"

I don't play it anymore as it's on an old computer and my latest doesn't support the disc loading.

But I now play Simcity Buildit just as obsessively, on my Kindle tablet.

I actually like it far better than SimCity 2000 -- you can pick up and drag and all of your buildings around to rearrange your city, instead of having to keep residences where they were built.

Is anyone playing Simcity Buildit?

Anyone ever played SimAnt, SimFarm, or SimTower? I used to play those games.

I enjoyed SimTower. I also remember playing SimTown once upon a time.

I do recall having played some SimCity game back in the day, but I forget if it was 2000 or 3000. Either way, whichever one it was, I remember it being immensely fun.

I have indeed, especially when it was much newer at the time, plus I still have a copy of it (via GOG)!

I've never played SimCity 2000 but I love SimCity 4 and The Sims 2-4.

The PS1-version.

Still have it, in fact.

I played the PS1 version from a rental store many years back.
For whatever reason it completely baffled me so I never rented it again.
Loved the original Sim City though.

Remember playing it for a while, i loved the superstructures (alcoves?) cant remember their name. Move on to SC 3000 but that thing wont even run anymore. Still got SC4 on Steam that i play from time to time.
