trying to start an open hardware community, but how?

Many of you may recognize this web because i had linked it some time ago.

I think that showing the pcb render from the design tool used on this arm board, as is, may scare people, and in consequence, now i replaced that view with a drawing of it in inkscape.

Happens that this computer needs a community around it and i honestly don't know where to start from, thats why i wish to ask this forum for advice on this topic. There's a Github containing the same files the package at google drive wich is accesible from the same website, should someone have interest on this project wich is basically an Aspie made computer, since i started this design and now i'd love to see it fixed and/or improved by other open hardware capable aspies. That could bring a brilliant future for all of us and that's why i'm bringing this under gnu lgpl licence.
