I know a lot of people would choose The Phantom Menace but I would go with Attack of the Clones. Mostly because it's kinda boring, but also the other stuff people complain about, the romance, the acting, the politics, the cgi etc.

Lenny: I say Phantom Menace sucked more!"

I can't decide between Episodes I and II.
