There are lots of really great ways that you can do whenever you feel bad about yourself whether it's anger, depression or rejection. Here are some things that I am doing.
1. Guided meditation
2. Keeping a journal on my processes to forgive
3. Listening life coaching videos on rejection, toxic relationships, and even TED talks. Dr. Sharon Livingston is really good and in fact, she has a book that I would like to order
4. Listening to Speaking Geek by Jennifer O'Toole "Being Stuck in the Moment."
