Time for a coffee break. I have about 5 cups a day, so maybe that's what's keeping me looking like a 37-year old (according to my hairdresser).

Coffee is a stimulant so this recommendation needs to be followed by caveat that excessive caffeine (insert threshold) consumption can cause health problems

Just had a very nice cup and I'm roaring like a lion... but I'd rather have a few cups a day and stop short of the palpitations rather than swill it down like Jethro Gibbs.
One of the caveats, I think, was that this may be influenced by the coffee-drinking demographic (in the UK at least).
This was on the BBC news this morning... I conclude that, despite everything going on in the world, it's a slow news day.
I'm rambling a bit... must be the caffeine...
