I thought if such a place existed it would be in Iowa.

Surprise it's in Vulcan Canada!

LOL -- let's hear it for entrepreneurial Albertans. Come for the Vul-Con, stay for the Demolition Derby!

If I were a millionaire I'd buy a little house in Vulcan.

They're making a replica of the Titanic too, for Titanic fans. A replica that's bigger or as big, and can actually sail, and is like the real Titanic (only safer, probably, and with enough lifeboats).

Maybe they can stage a yacht race between the Alberta faux Titanic, and that Kentucky replica of Noah's Ark! Lol!

YEAH!

I'd probably have died if I was on the Titanic. I'd have been in 3rd class and most of them, even the women and children, were kept down below so that the first class could get into the lifeboats... more first-class men survived than third class children. :(

Now, if they just had a Star Wars town.

Then it's time for me to go back to Disneyland (I haven't been there since I was four)!

Not to go too off topic, but I remember reading that at the time, nobody had a problem with this. It was just accepted that the first class people were more important and deserved preferential treatment. I'm really surprised nobody else thought to build a replica Titanic as it would be immensely popular.
