If your iPad not working too good like apps can freeze or my safari can freeze up, is it time for a new iPad or I need to get a virus program? I wasn't sure if I need one before.

Tried the two button restart? Checked your net connection? You'll have to tell us the model, iOS version, that sort of thing for better advice
