Sometimes due to meds I pace and jiggle my feet, but I think I had a lot of that before any meds as well. Meds just made it worse. I don't mind it; it doesn't look or feel awful or anything.

I had episodes of it at night when I was trying to sleep. I think the meds I'm on could be a factor but don't want to change em. I did some research on it & read of a study that vitamin E helped. I haven't had episodes that often after I started the E. The E with mixed tocopherols is better in genereal than the E without. There are also meds to treat RLS but I haven't addressed the issue with my doc. I take a lot of meds already.

I often have a restless foot when feeling bored or anxious. It seems mostly to be the left one, for some reason.
