A straight out repeal is deader than dust. Trump is proposing to let ACA fail because of the laws internal defects. If the insurance exchanges do not receive additional funding they will die. The law is defectives, and was from the git-go. If it is not fixed it will fail. Of course a lot of people will be stuck without insurance or coverage, but the Trump administration is not all that concerned.
