Do you like your username?

I'm not that keen on my WP username, which is part of an anagrammatic sentence formed from my actual name. I much prefer the name 'Summer Deep', which I use on a few other forums.

I feel that I've outgrown my username. I wish I would have just used the word, Rebel or KinksFan instead.

I like my username. It's just an arbitrary tropical fruit, but I think it's nice.

I would rather it be just Ezra instead of EzraS, but Ezra had already been taken. I think I tried "Ezra_" and "Ezra." but could not get those accepted.

Ezra for some reason every time I see you post my wonky brain just cuts off the S anyway. I was pretty surprised when you pointed it out. I was seeing only Ezra. I like Ezra.

If I were to join today I would make my name Aspie-Autistic1957 to be more current to the DSM-5 without abandoning the Aspergers identity. Aspie-Autistic also reflects my beliefs Aspergers is a subtype of Autism. 1957 is the year of my birth. It is common in American graffitti to use your birth year in your tag.

I posted here ten years ago under a different name, one reflecting my love of cats. At the time, I had a total of nine cats, counting indoor pets and feral cats. Only two of those cats are still alive now, including a feral Siamese that is now sixteen years old. The others, sadly, have all passed on. The oldest was Peter, who lived to be 18.

My current name reflects my interest in tennis and my hope that I can overcome the difficulties I have and succeed in life.

I never really watched the James Bond movies but I loved the Nintendo 64 James Bong game Goldeneye. I had a SN I used everywhere but I was having some problems on forums & wanted to distance myself from the SN. I came up with this when I was joining minor sites & I couldn't really think of a user name. I thought the 007 sounded kewl so I went with that after my nickname. I was going to do something different when using bigger sites but couldn't really think of anything so I stuck with this sense I was already using it.

Not especially. It means crab in Esperanto, but it sounds like you're coughing.

In German, the word "Krebs" also means cancer in addition to "crab."

Zaarin has been my internet handle since I was thirteen. At the time I was really into Star Wars (which is ironic, given that I've come to hate Star Wars with a passion), and I wanted my handle to be "Grand Admiral Thrawn," but it was already taken so I went with "Admiral Zaarin" (a character from the game TIE Fighter), eventually dropping the "Admiral." I'm now "Zaarin" on pretty much every site and associate the name with myself as much as my real name, though ironically on the original site I used it I'm now "Emissary of the Prophets." I tried using that here, but WP doesn't allow spaces and "Emissary" was already taken.
