About a month ago it was discovered by my GP I had a vitamin D deficiency, almost finished their prescription to correct that now but I have been getting bouts of fatigue coming on rapidly before my blood test.
Though fatigue/low energy levels can be a symptom of D deficiency, it's just one of many and honestly I thought my tiredness was more down to insomnia and depression. It probably was a mix of all three.
