The Mexicans had no problem with it. It's the social justice warriors who want to be offended on behalf of everybody else. Cultural appropriation they called it. ACTUAL Mexicans were outraged! Needless to say, it was quietly returned to the schedule.

Similar deal here, I've seen no actual Mexicans get offended over it but a ton of sheltered white people.

On that note, Italians absoutely ADORE Mario, yet nobody gets offended on behalf of them about him being a major Italian sterotype. Maybe because Italians are usually white?

The game looks phenomenal! 3D Mario games always hit it out of the park in one or the other, and this looks to be no different!

I agree, although Mario Sunshine was pretty subpar. I think this has the potential to be the best 3D Mario game yet.

I want Mario to possess a Linda Blair-Princess Peach hybrid and force her to say hateful disgusting things about Toad's mother... spore... whatever.

Also, I hear this game will cause players to grow moustaches in embarassing places. Like Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Mario sunshine was too gimmicky for me. I have not yet played this, but I hope it isn’t, though the whole hat thing I’m not sure about.

I ordered it and now it's coming. Toys R Us had buy one, get one %50 off. The game was $59.99 but for some reason they decided to charge $48 for it and $31.99 for the other.
