I know some people say The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is the worst but for me it would be Spider-Man 3. I feel more bored and frustrated by it, though to its credit it does have its moments like some of the action scenes and the birth of the Sandman scene.

Yep, I also say The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The first one had such promise and then they climb down and leave us hanging since they are moving on to Spider-Man in MCU. Therefore, I think they should not have made those two Amazing Spider-Mans in the first place.

Hard to determine, but IMO, it's a tie between Spider-Man 3 and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

I went with The Amazing Spiderman, as they had introduced a rather lackluster Lizard villain. A movie is nothing without a great antagonist.
