^ not really.

Mine would have to involve water.
Maybe a boat.
Row over to the island and explore.

I am not sure about other men, but at least for me, bathroom jokes are a big turn-off for me. Also, I would be offended if my date called her mother during the date. Talking about herself & subjects she likes during the whole time would be awkward for me as well.

I really wouldn't know. I never dated in my life. I wouldn't know what place to bring her to. Also, no car. I do know the common ones which are the movies, a resteraunt, and outside, netflix and chill too, but to me all those places don't seem like a good place for a first date. If I was dating a friend then the both of us would feel more comfortable to pick a place to go out on a date. Any place on the top of my head seems like an uncomfortable place with me and a stranger.

However, oddly enough, I doubt that anyone on Wrongplanet truly knows what is good for dating, since most of us are single people. I'm single and never dated. :|

That's why I need to date or be friends with people I have plenty in common with. What is wrong with potty humor?

I wear jeans, hoodies, Converse low tops and t-shirts. Is that a turn off for guys too?

My ex and I watched anime and I didn't get all pretty for him.

I don't like potty humor all that much.

All the other stuff doesn't matter to me.

I don't mind tee-shirts and jeans, or a woman talking about herself.

I wouldn't like being called an "oppressor" because of what men did to women in the past, though.

I am sorry if I offended; I did not mean to do it.

I was only speaking for myself. I also would like to meet people I have things in common with & that I am compatible with.

I am just not in to bathroom humour. I do not mind women dressing casually; it is not really a turn-off for me. I also dress casually most of the time. I would also be fine with her talking about things she likes; I would only be uncomfortable if she monopolized the conversation.

Good luck on your ideal first date, and have a good time!

What is your ideal date? This is mine:

-Showing up at my door on time with a Snorlax plushie and a smile
-Go out to eat some sushi or Italian food
-Drive around and listen to bands with both like and dedicating songs to each other
-Let me call my mom and tell her how much fun we are having
-Be a gentleman but be don't be afraid to laugh at my potty humor jokes
-Talk about Pokemon, vocaloid, anime and Tekken with me. Street Fighter is also a good topic.

My expectations are too high...

Actually that sounds like similar to me lol... Only I might want to talk about weird stuff like the Psycho clown in Twisted Metal Black, Rammstein, psychology and game programming XD Damn wish I lived in Canada

Sweet Tooth is the name of the clown. :D

I don't live in Canada. My favorite band is from Canada though.
