I been drinking alot of water, I feel I maybe dehydrated. Water don't work too much & I have very dry skin. Is there anything else I can do?

Are your mucous membranes moist? Are your veins spongey to the touch? Are you urinating light straw coloured urine every couple of hours. If so then you're not dehydrated.

Kitty,
Dry skin is one of the physical manifestations of autism. Its our lot in life, I hate to have to say. If healthy skin is your objective, perhaps you should dial back the water a bit (you can over do it plus you are flushing out water-soluble vitamins) and make sure you are getting enough vitamin E, bioflavinoids, and biotin in your diet. They help promote healthy skin.

The colour of your pee is generally a good inductor of your hydration level. Easier for a guy to monitor, I know.

^why would it be easier for a guy to
monitor his urine color?

it all exits the body.

Because we get to see it before it gets diluted by the water in the toilet.

so can women if they're flexible enough. but there's the kicker. (?)

and assuming the pee and toilet bowl water amounts are the same between the guys and gals, then even diluted i suppose one could still use the color for measurement.

anyway.

is op sweating?

There's never going to consistently be the same amount of water in varying toilets and if you're going by a chart to track the colour how will you know how to adjust it for the volume of water you just peed into and the amount you peed?

It's not a big deal and certainly not something I want a drawn out argument about. I think most people would agree it's easier for a guy, if you disagree then that's your right.

Maybe try moisturizing your skin with shea butter or coconut oil?
