To autistic self-advocates in the USA: The United Nations Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights will be visiting the USA in December 2017 and is calling for written input, including on how people with disabilities are affected by poverty in the USA. Check out his website for the exact questions and how to submit your input. Deadline: 4 October 2017

I don't think I have quite as in depth info as they would want, but there certainly are issues with poverty in the United States so I think this is a good project. I mean also lately I have been seeing a lot more homeless people than I can remember in the past...so I kind of wonder if poverty is increasing.
