Just for the heck of it, I was wondering what would be the most effective title to get the most hit count on Wrong Planet, and perhaps create the most controversy. Of course it doesn't have to be a real topic, just one that results in people clicking on the title.

I had some thoughts myself:

1) Does running over deer on the road help with your OCD?
3) New study indicates Autism linked to endowment
4) Study: All autistics can be taught to count cards
5) Study: Aspie sexual performance improved in pile of dry leaves

I guess it was a decent effort on my part, but I bet I can't beat some of the titles you can come up with. Let's not offend anybody or anything, and keep it pretty clean (PG13 or less). Good luck (you'll need it to beat me)!

Yes, it does! It's the weirdest thing, especially since the most I have ever driven was a little barbie jeep! I just loved running those deer over for some reason! It magically got rid of all my intrusive thoughts!

I like that one :D ^^^^^

Here is mine: What's your special interest LOL? I know I love those threads where I can give a monologue without being groaned or yelled at!

There is a Land Rover in my Village. On the back window is massive letters it says: ADHD, but written in the style of AC/DC. Underneath it says...We're on the highway to...oh look a squirrel. Not the same I know, it just came to mind.

Actually, there were 2 topics that have been extremely controversial and always received a multitude of hits [at least in the past. I have not been going on WP much the last couple of years because of the first topic] The first was a variation of "Why can't I find a girlfriend?" For some reason this topic brought out the meanest in many people. The second would have to be "But what is wrong with Autism Speaks?"

Did you get my response to your PM?

The first one would be good.

The second needs to be rephrased because it sounds like it has something to do with "the National Endowment For the Arts".

Saying "Are autistic men better endowed?" would get attention. Actually that would be hard to top.

I dunno. Maybe:

"Is Kim Jung Un kidnapping American aspies to work on his nuclear program?"

"Boy sues parents for making him autistic".

Good one! Actually, I bet we can improve on that with:

What does "Special Interest" mean exactly?

Hahaha, I was trying to make the title sound official. Wow, those are some good ones! I've squeezed some neurons and came up with some new ones:

"I shot a goal against my team to make the score even (Why's my coach mad?)"
"I got kicked off the track team because I'll only run in a straight line"
"My wife is mad at me because I pointed out her breasts aren't exactly even"
(Actually, that one may have happened to me for real)
"It's a myth that Aspie's are self-absorbed (p.s.) Do you look good in this photo?"
"Set of scientific tests related to Autism Spectrum Disorders"
(Neh, forget that last one, it'd be a flop. I bet some troll is gonna argue it's good for 1 million hits or crazy thing.)

If you're looking for controversy: "Autism is a made-up disease for snowflakes that should be sent to the camps"
If you're looking for post count: "Ultimate math game featuring Sheldon Cooper and Data"

Self diagnosis threads always used to get a bit (a lot) carried away.
