People don't have to look stereotypically Jewish to be Jewish.
Probably because most people don't think of Italians as being as fair skinned. I know a lady of Italian heritage that is a great deal older, but you look kind of like a younger version of she. I wouldn't say its immediately identical as "Italian". But it has something vaguely of that heritage . There is no exact phenotype and most people have admixture.The northern Italians especially are usually very fair, with blonde hair often and lighter eyes. More olive skin is usually what people think of when they think of Italians. That is usually in Southern Italy and Sicily.
