I googled it and it doesn't sound very nice. 8O

I'm chiefly (but not exclusively) vegetarian. Which basically means I eat meat (mainly fish or occasionally chicken) now and then but prefer a vegetarian diet with dairy included.

I have a very easy Creamy Mac and Cheese recipe I'll post it here some time.

This is really delicious. I never liked cheese as a child - it was one of several things i really disliked. Jelly was another one. I didn't like the texture.

CREAMY MACARONI AND CHEESE

1 tablespoon butter, divided
1 cup cottage cheese, not low fat
2 cups milk
1 tsp mustard powder
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch nutmeg
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
400 g cheddar cheese
200 g elbow pasta / macaroni, uncooked

Preheat oven to 190 C and put the oven rack in upper third of oven. Use butter to coat a 22 cm baking dish, reserving remainder.
Puree cottage cheese, milk, mustard, cayenne, nutmeg, salt and pepper – set aside.
Reserve ¼ cup cheese for topping. In a large bowl, combine remaining cheese, milk mixture and pasta. Transfer to baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover dish, stir gently, sprinkle with reserved cheese and dot with remaining butter.
Bake uncovered for another 30 mins or until browned.
Allow to cool at least 15 mins before serving.

If you're on a grain-free, dairy-free, or sugar-free diet,
it can be difficult to find dressings to put on fresh vegetables.

For a fast solution, sprinkle:

Ground Coriander Seed
Psyllium Husks
&
Salt

on top of raw vegetables of your choice to taste.

This is surprisingly delicious. Plus you get a little fiber, from the Psyllium.

Pot roast.

1. Buy pot roast package at Walmart.
2. But crock pot/slow cooker/whatever you call it.
3. Put everything in pot.
4. Turn pot on.
5. Forget about it.
6. Eat it in 4-8 hours.
