Where did you get the idea that it was "okay for women to be violent to men"?

Women hit me and feel it's ok, no one says differently. I've never hit anyone

^ In what kind of context?

Was it violent bashing or horseplay or disciplinary hitting?

If it was just horsing around that shouldnt matter. If it was violent bashing then that is not okay.

It is not ok for women to be violent to men. That being said, in the hierarchy of responsibility to speak out about wrongs against you, you are at the top.

When she gets mad at me.
I'm 29 I don't get disciplinary. She called me shellfish and hit me and bit ago she was really angry I didn't drop everything I was doing and help her with something so she banged hard repeatedly on my door, sounded like someone was trying to break in and kill me.

I don't hit people when I'm angry

^ It sure sounds like you're getting disciplinary.
Does your mother realise you're not a child anymore and you're not going to respond to threats and violence but you will respond to a request made from one mature adult to another?

=> Did you realise you wrote "shellfish"?
That gave me a giggle, sorry.

Seriously, tell her it's not ok.

I've had to do a similar thing with my mother.
Not that she got violent but she used to rubbish me, call me stupid, criticise everything etc.
I told her I wouldn't listen to her if she couldn't speak to me nicely.
Every time she forgot and started at me again, I would say, "I don't want to hear that."
Took a lot of training, and she still slips up.
But she's nicer to me now.

It's not okay and it would be completely reasonable to speak against it. Even if someone tells you they are joking, you have the right to tell them to stop. I think this is a common issue. Many people don't take this problem seriously if you are male, but they are wrong. You shouldn't be hit.

Happen two days ago cause I didn't help her in the garage cause I was busy with friends and had just come out to get food. So she was "trapped" in the garage for hour and says I'm selfish

The girl was when I was in middle school, she'd hit me for cursing but she cursed all the time. Guess she may have wanted to be my gf but I wasn't into girls at that point after having been tricked and made fun of for being into girls year before.

It's normal for moms to hit their kids. Mine does that too and she has hit me occasionally as an adult.

But it's not okay for women to hit men but it is okay for moms to hit their kids.
