Am one of the few holdouts without a smart phone. Have an old fashioned cell phone with photo capability. Is there a way to upload photos from your cell to your laptop, or desk top, computer?

Depending on the input/output your phone has - bluetooth was quite popular even before the smartphones and many laptops have it. My 10-years-old-not-smartphone supports microSD, so I can move files in and out via this.
Maybe if you post actual model of your phone, we could figure it out.

That's a bit too little information...
Anyway, can you plug it to a computer via USB cable? That would be the easiest possible way.

This sorta phone. Don't know the model number.

It doesn't have USB port, or a fire wire port either. It just has a narrow flat port the power adapter, and a little round hole in the side for some purpose I don't know.

The specs I found state that the flat charging slot in Samsung Rugby III is microUSB. So, find a microUSB - USB cable (quite a popular item) and connect it to a computer. There should be some menu options on the phone, like "charging only / mass storage / modem". Choose "mass storage".
Also, this phone supports microSD cards, so you can put one inside - more room for your photos!

Hmmm... Okay.

I notice that this old phone does have blue tooth. That might be an option. But I dunno the first thing about using blue tooth.

But yes. A micro USB to USB cable sounds like the simplest option. Might even have one lying around already. If not they will have em up the street at Staples. Thx
