Let's list comic books/magazines/ publications' first issues, by the decade, you know the drill!
However, the 1930s and earlier are vompulsory, as one category...But, you can list titles that started again in later decades with new first issues, IF Ihey had one!
Also, you can list a non-American title, but you sbould say what country it was published in. Ready? Okay, hereth goeseth:

"Archie" (I believe 1940 or 1941)

I used to have a poster repro of the cover of Archie #1 on my closet in my room ( The poster was a bonus with a 70s Archie annual.) in my home town.
Archie first appeared in an anthology title before getting his own comic book before getting his own title, as was more the pattern in the 1940s.
