So why haven't you asked him out yet? I'm sure it's not what you want to hear but some guys are just nice to people for no reason. Whether it be "flirting" or not most guys that age just like attention.
I've seen guys my age struggle and squirm for even a glance from their peers and they see it as ecstasy.
