Insomnia due to an "unfinished day"

Sometimes I seem to be unable to sleep or kept awake due to the fact my day seems to feel unfinished or just plain off, it gets me incredibly agitated too. Does anyone else get this?

My time management skills are lacking so I end up staying up way too late to get things done.

On average, if I have been dealing with people for over an hour, I won't be able to post-process the conversations in time to sleep well.

I don't sleep well... Lately 2-3 hours a night, regularly 4-5. Then again, a few times a month I will pass out for 10 hours. When I get little sleep, I get very cranky :x

I hadn't thought of that re;lationship that directly, but now that you mentione it, yes.
