Which Frequency because the movie had elements but I am not sure I would classify it as time travel.

My favorites
Groundhog Day (uses a time loop as a plot mechanic and isn't really about time travel per se)
Donnie Darko (watch the theatrical version not the director's cut IMO)
The Terminator 1 & 2 (there are no more films after the second in this franchise, trust me)
Looper
Arrival
Steins;Gate (anime based on the top rated visual novel of all time)
Puella Magi Madoka Magica
Your Name (highest grossing anime film of all time)

Worst/disappointing time travel films
The Butterfly Effect (thought the acting was bad and it broke its own rules)
Source Code (Was really disappointing after how good Moon was)

JJ Abrams will be producing a live-action remake. He will not be directing because he will be directing Star Wars Episode IX.
