I say them like W, I say "little" as "Littow"

Actually that's a slang way of saying little. People say it like that around me all the time.

Just like door, "doe"
Floor "floe"

I don't say it as slang, I just can't talk right, I didn't learn to talk 'till I was 5.

I've noticed that I have trouble with Ls too, especially in the "ul" sound, like "wolf."

I feel you on this. People are always asking me where my accent is from, but I've never lived outside my hometown. Whenever that happens, I always ask them where they think it's from, it's a nice conversation starter.

Usually I figure that as long as I can be understood in my speech, I'm doing fine.

Same here. I have trouble pronouncing L's and R's in the middle/at the end of syllables.
