2000: Y2K thankfully not happening. Losing my turtle Nikita. Second attempt at high school started and ended
2001: 9/11. SAS accident in Italy. Plane crash in NYC.
2002: Losing my grandfather. 3rd attempt at high school started
2003: Flying with Concorde! Concorde's end of runway
2004: My dog Viggo attacked and badly bitten by another dog
2005: Third high school attempt ended, this may also have been the year I heard of Asperger's for the first time
2006: my dog Viggo having a minor operation and being scared because there's no such thing as a routine operation
2007: My turtle Nemo laying several unfertilized eggs!
2008: My dog Viggo died, found out about Asperger's, found WP
2009: swine flu. Nemo's last adoption day. Getting officially diagnosed with AS.

Like teenie bopper stuff, lol. I actually dig the Spice Girls to this day which also comes to mind.
Outside of that is probably early internet stuff like Yahoo GeoCities, and jsut the way websites looked back then (if you know what im talking about you recognize it too lol)
