I think this is incredibly exciting. The last years of progress from SpaceX since their startup has been incredibly fun and interesting to watch. They have gradually built the tech and capability necessary to launch and reuse rockets all the while earning money doing it, and now we are getting really close to finally having a permanent human presence on both the Moon and Mars. Finally I feel like something is happening! I'm looking forward to watch all this unfold in the coming decade. Exciting times for the human species ahead!

Haha. Yeah, it's amazing! Elon Musk is one of my heroes. The whole SpaceX too. It's a team effort after all. People focus too much on the leaders in the media and forget the people under the leaders.

I'm not sure how long it would take for rockets to get cheap enough that people who aren't astronauts or filthy rich can join one. Elon Musk promised to make spaceships the size of skyscrapers and cheap enough for wide use in our lifetime though. Either people think he's amazing or others think he's downright crazy. I hope it's within our lifetimes though, because I want to join in. Heh.

I've gotten a biography on Elon Musk and guess what the first sentence on the book was? "Do you think I'm insane?" Musk said. It summed up his whole life perfectly.

If you haven't already, you could try reading WaitbutWhy's article on the SpaceX skyscraper sized rocket plan. (https://waitbutwhy.com/2016/09/spacexs- ... story.html). As well as the general plan on how SpaceX plans to get to Mars. (https://waitbutwhy.com/2015/08/how-and- ... -mars.html)

He also has other articles on Elon Musk's projects. Like Neuralink — a company created for possible brain enhancements — there were earlier cases on people who managed to make a paralyzed person move things with a mechanical hand due to a computer chip in their brain. They're moving things — with their DAMN minds. But I digress.
