Exercise doesn't feel very good when you start, at least not for anyone I've ever heard of. I would try 20 or 30 minutes to start.

Your breakfast sounds like junk food. Junk food will affect whether you "feel good" during/after the workout. Fatty foods can eventually affect blood flow and simple carbs can cause blood sugar problems that will make you crash during or after a workout.

How long do you think I should use it for?

Start off short, say 10 mins or so per session. After you've done it a couple of times increase the time and load gradually. Ease yourself into it over a couple of weeks or longer. Also important to get a rest day or two every week. Rest is necessary for your body to repair the "damage" caused by the exercise and it's at this time that the muscles grow stronger.
