Regardless of how well this is received, it will still be a hit nonetheless.

Ryan Johnson {the writer/director of The Last Jedi} also directed Looper, which {if you have never watched it} is an excellent movie that does not rely on common cliches associated with sci-fi.

I still think those sloth walkers look stupid. :lol: While I welcome a darker side to Star Wars, this trailer seemed to lean more towards "darker and edgier" than genuinely dark. On the other hand, Disney has never been good at trailers, so I'll reserve judgment until I actually watch the film.

We still don't know where Rey "came from," do we. Are there new theories?
