Do you like holding objects in your hand like pens or pencils and fiddling around with them? I do.

Definitely! I actually bought a spinner ring for that reason!

Absolutely. My current favourite is a piece of shell I found on the beach. It's shaped like a plectrum, smooth on one side, ridged on the other, and I can flip it or spin it or stroke it.

Fidget cubes are fun. Apparently mine is a cheap Chinese knockoff, but I like it.
I also fiddle with anything. My keys, a portable universal remote (which I use to turn off the TVs with the news or advertisements), pens, anything really.

Me! Ever since I was 5-6. It's pretty much the main thing everyone who knows me notices. I love pacing back and forth, going into deep thought while I flick a leaf or stick around I've destroyed countless headphones playing with the chord while I listen to music. When my nephew was diagnosed with AS my sister said "you should probably read this". It was the first time I had ever found out other people like holding and flicking objects too; which was good since I had always been given a hard time for it.

Yes, to some extent.

Mostly though, it's just playing with my hands. Unless I'm really anxious then it's a lot of face scratching.

I've had no interest in fidget cubes or spinners.

When I'm sitting, it's a lot of leg shaky. If I were to attach my Fitbit to my leg my steps would probably be quite high.
