Sure, agreed. But is it not ok to ask women to control their urge to flash strangers too?

But it wouldn't be "flashing" if it became commonplace. And legal.

It would be a great delight for me to just see the aesthetic beauty of it all.

I was being a bit facetious with my language. Is it ever acceptable to tell people to wear clothes as opposed to nothing?

Pants have a practical hygienic purpose. They allow us to sit on objects without spreading potentially infectious materials. I think its reasonable to tell people to where pants in specific public areas (airports, cinemas, restaurants etc.).

Tops on the other hand don't serve a practical purpose in most situations.

Women should not go topless. The west is not the civilized place we think it is, if you do this there are some men out there who will try to assault you. Bad idea.

Sorry to be boringly practical but I'd be really uncomfortable without a bra after about 5 minutes and so would about half of all women. I think breast size in the west has gone up over the last few centuries not just from getting fatter but also from extra protein ect.

In many African societies, women go shirtless all the time, to the point where men hardly even notice a woman's breasts.

This does appear to be a much more sensible attitude towards something that is about feeding ones offspring. :)

It makes me uncomfortable. Please don't.

But in those same cultures its scandalous if a woman shows any leg.

So, as Anna Rosanna Dana said "it's always something".

Nudist beaches and resorts have a 'Hitchhiker' policy. You must always carry a towel to sit upon.

In a post-clothing society, you could make a killing selling long capes made of towelling.

Well I think the problem is people are being insensitive with their wants, and they don't mind making me extremely uncomfortable to do that. What if the behavioral health specialist was always topless? I would probably not be getting help.... I'm just saying. Creating issues by making an issue of non issues.

It may be risky, but it would make it a million times easier to weed out rapists from society, just as long as women are capable of telling the difference between a rapist and somebody who is just distracted.

I'll never assault a woman, but I do get distracted by women without realizing it.

Totally unconstructive comment, but I'm all for seeing more boobs. I think I would never have another depressive episode if most women walked around topless.

Should full nudity be allowed (for both men and women)?
