When I get very anxious about something I start get a horrible butterfly feeling in my stomach, heart starts too beat really fast, feel frozen too the spot and can't think clearly.

I have a broken nose which might effect my breathing. Do you think that's making my anxiety symptoms worse in some way?

Your reactions seem normal, for someone who is suffering anxiety. When I am anxious I also feel like I might be running out of air. If your broken nose makes it harder for you to breath you might be more aware of this when your anxious if you also need more air then. I find breathing exercises help calm me, assuming I'm not so anxious I don't think of using them.

Why do you have a broken nose? And if you think it is effecting your breathing you should probably go to the doctor and have it looked at.
