Wondering if anyone has tried this technology. I saw a video today where it's claiming to be able to calm stress and help sleep in autism. I want to order some but they are expensive and I live in Canada so there are additional shipping fees. I can't take drugs and am desperate for relief. This looks almost too good to be true and there is research to back it up but I want to hear from other aspies if it works. I am so tired of getting my hopes up about things only to have them not be effective for me.

Touchpoints, Buzzies, etc. are apparently considered "distraction devices" by the few independent M.D.s that use them. https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/the-buzzy-revolutionary-acute-pain-management-or-simple-distraction/

Probably best to save your money.
