Poetry, but have felt too inhibited and self conscious to write anything. I would try writing under less inhibiting circumstances...

What do you feel inhibited about?

Have a few shots, then write - inhibitions removed.

Have the same issue. I used to write poetry and short stories but now I feel like nothing I have to tell is worth sharing. Been like that for at least 10 years :(
Did not find a solution yet.

I wrote poetry when I was younger, but I ended up in a psych ward over one of my poems when I was in sixth grade. They thought I was suicidal. I didn't write anything for because I wanted to for about twelve years after that.
My English teacher in college got me to write again.
Have since done a little bit of writing, but it's still difficult. Part of it is practice, part of it is that it just doesn't seem like it's worth writing. Sometimes I do some journaling, but I often destroy my notebooks once they're full.
I've written one poem in the last twenty years.
