The answers were too black & white for me , I wouldn't spit food out in company but would suffer in silence and try not to gag , I hate walking through the perfume department as it's too overpowering but a light scented candle is ok as long as it is not next to me - I scored 80%

Yes to all but 4, for a score of 73%.

Actually I get a half point for number 2- I would not rather go naked than wear wool because I'm extremely self-conscious. I actually dislike things that are loose and flowy because it feels like I'm too exposed, even though I'm not, so no point for me on number 3. I absolutely hate roller coasters and going fast in a car or on a bike - I'm sensory-avoidant in that area, while it gives you a point for being sensory-seeking. I do have to look for my seatbelt in the car, but the others on question 12 are not true for me, and I actually have pretty good, if small, handwriting. I've been told by an occupational therapist that I saw for a little bit, before college got in the way, that I can say I have SPD even though I technically don't have a diagnosis.

I got 73%. Would have been higher but I have legible handwriting (it's not pretty, tho)... and I can't do the zip lining etc., because my stroke causes dizziness. I also have synesthesia as part of SPD but it didn't ask about that.

I hate how each question has two different, mutually exclusive statements which may or may not be relates, and then they ask you to agree or disagree.

That's why I hate ( not actual hate ) these types of quizzes , they usually throw up more questions than answers for me.
The hugging question was difficult for me to answer as hugging doesn't appear to have the same effect on me as others , the only reason I hug my GF is I know she likes it ( it doesn't come naturally to me either).
I should of put no for the public speaking question as like you it's a type of anxiety for me also.
As for the roller coaster question I don't know if you should of put yes.
One aspect of my ASD assessment I am looking forward to is to be able to ask specific questions about the tests I do i.e If it was an SPD assessment you could ask about the motion sickness and if it was relevant.
I've been told by my CBT therapist to stop taking tests and researching disorders but was told by an ASD specialist who is going to be part of my assessment that it was beneficial for me to research - talk about mixed messages :lol:

47% but I found the quiz difficult.
For example I don't mind a close one hugging me or crowded elevators but I cannot kiss because I hate the slippery texture and smell/taste and I hate skin to skin contact when it involves sweat for the same reason.
Strobe lights make me distracted instantly but it takes a while (about 15 mins) for them to make me nauseous.
And I don't find the perfume department smelly - as long as the bottles are closed and people only sniff the samples I am fine. But I can't stand next to a person thats covered in perfume.
