I am 5ft7 and weigh 154 pounds. I do loads of cycling and pushups but all my friends say i am small.

Is 154 pounds at 5ft7 really that underweight?

No. According to BMI standards, your BMI score of 24.1 is "normal."

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Compared too a 6ft1 220 pound man I am small

OP, you are not underweight. You're only 6 pounds away from being overweight.
